2. Fees, Payments & Invoicing
Invoicing & Billing Cycles:
Weekly Classes: Fees are invoiced termly or in half-termly installments. All invoices are issued via Membermeister and must be paid by the specified due date prior to classes commencing for the upcoming term/half-term.
Payment Methods: We accept payments securely online via GoCardless (Direct Debit) and Stripe (Debit/Credit Card, including Apple Pay and Google Pay).
Free Trials & New Students:
Students attending a free trial session who choose to enrol permanently must complete full payment for the remaining term/half-term prior to attending their second lesson.
Non-Payment: Failure to clear invoice balances prior to the start of the term may result in the student's place being reallocated.
3. Refunds, Withdrawals & Cancellations
General Refunds: All class and membership fees are strictly non-refundable once paid.
Student Absence: No refunds, credits, or fee adjustments are issued for missed sessions due to student illness, family holidays, school trips, or personal scheduling conflicts.
Notice Period (Termly Membership): A full term’s written notice sent to office@theatrestreet.com is required to cancel an ongoing membership or withdraw a student from Theatre Street classes.
Academy Cancellations: If Theatre Street cancels an individual class, a makeup session or account credit will be provided.
The NMT Intensives & Special Workshops:
Booking is secured once full payment is completed.
Cancellation Window: If you wish to cancel an NMT Intensive booking, you must submit a written request at least two weeks (14 days) prior to the event date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.
4. Schedule & Staffing
Faculty Changes: We reserve the right to replace advertised teachers with guest tutors or faculty members of an equivalent professional standard at any time due to illness, industry work, or performance commitments.
Timetable Adjustments: Class times and venue rooms are subject to change. We will provide as much advance notice as possible via email.

Attendance & Uniform: Punctuality and correct discipline uniform are mandatory for all registered students.
Medical Disclosures: Any pre-existing injuries, medical conditions, allergies, or learning needs must be disclosed upon registration on Membermeister and updated if changes occur.
Physical Correction: Due to the physical nature of dance and theatre instruction, physical contact may be used by teachers for technical alignment, posture correction, and safe execution.
